How to use The Transition Vault:
The Transition Vault is designed to streamline your sequencing process, making it simple, efficient, and creatively fulfilling. Here’s how you can use it:
OPTION 1: Create First, Add After
1) Create a Basic Sequence: Begin with a standard, classic yoga sequence.
2) Determine the Focus of Your Sequence: Decide whether your class will focus on a body part (like hips), balance, core, or a mix of a few.
3) Pick a Pose: Choose any pose from your sequence.
4) Search: Filter The Vault Library for your class focus and the pose you selected.
5) Select: Choose one of the creative transitions.
BOOM! With just one creative transition, your class is already unique. Want to add more creativity? Just repeat these steps a few more times!

OPTION 2: Theme Your Class Around One Transition

Select a favorite transition from the library and integrate it multiple times throughout the class.
This helps students get familiar with it and develop confidence as they improve over time.
OPTION 3: Theme Your Class Around One Pose

Choose a pose category and build your sequence focusing on just one pose, incorporating 2-4 different transitions into it.
For example, you could focus on Easy Pose and introduce 4 different transitions into it throughout the class.
